Creating Positive Outcomes

While many of us are quarantined, we have the chance to make this inconvenience work to our advantage. We all have goals and wants, things about ourselves or lives that we’d like to change. I know personally, I have made certain to stay consistent with working out at home, cooking new things (as I throw stuff in my cabinet together to make a meal), and looking at each day as a gift with time to learn new things. Spend time on yourself and with your family! If you’ve always wanted to quit using tobacco now may be a great time to cut back. Some may start using more due to added stress or boredom.
